      Robert Ebers launched Workplace Stars to focus exclusively upon employee engagement as a lever to improve business performance. Previously, Bob worked as an HR professional for Fortune 500 companies before founding Knowing Point, a consultancy that focused on learning, teaming and performance to drive success. Bob also founded Impletec, focusing on organizational effectiveness, development technologies and methodologies to support measurable workplace improvements.

      Leveraging his cumulative knowledge gained over a 35 year career, Bob launched Workplace Stars to focus exclusively upon employee engagement as a lever to drive improved business performance. Previously, Bob worked as an HR professional for Fortune 500 companies. He later founded Knowing Point, a consultancy that focused on learning, teaming and performance to change mindsets and drive success as well as Impletec, a consultancy that created organizational effectiveness/development technologies and methodologies to support measurable workplace improvements.

      Education

      Bob achieved both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He also studied at the William A. White Institute where he received a certificate for “Psychoanalytic Study of Organizational Processes”.
